Welcome and Thank You for visiting our web site.
I am Robert Stewart and along with my partner, Donald Cagle, have been using quality management practices on the 18,000 acres that we hunt in Archer, Baylor, Throckmorton and Young counties of North Central Texas for the past 10 years.
The quality of the deer on these properties has exhibited steady improvements, both in body size and weights along with antler developement, during the time we have been managing the properties,
We do incorporate supplemental feeding in our program, both corn as an attractant and protein to promote overall animal health of the deer herd.
We also encourage our hunters to shoot mature animals, leaving younger animals to reach their genetic potential.
All of our properties are low fenced and the game is free-ranging, bucks taken on our properties are eligible to be registered with either Boone & Crockett or Pope & Young, if they meet the point requirements.
These properties are in or along the Brazos and South Fork of the Little Wichita River drainages.
Leases and hunts for whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, dove, quail, feral hogs and varmints are available, along with catch and release fishing on our guided hunt packages.
The habitat and topography combine to produce excellent conditions for the production of wildlife and offer many unique hunting conditions.
We both live in Olney, Texas and are able to monitor these properties closely.
******** New for the 2009-2010 hunting season! ********
For the upcoming season, Texas Parks and Wildlife, in its continueing efforts to maintain a healthy deer herd that produces quality animals has made the following regulation changes.

In Young and Archer counties, TP&W has implemented the 13 inch Antler Restrictions.
In these 2 counties, the take/harvest of buck deer is limited to the following:
One(1) antlered deer, that measures 13 inches or greater between the main beams of the antlers.
And One(1) antlered deer having One(1), unbranched antler.
Or two(2)antlered deer, each having one(1) unbranched antler.
The limit on bucks in either of these counties is two(2), but, they must conform to the above listed regulations.
The limit on deer in these counties, is Five(5), No More than Two(2) antlered deer.
In Baylor and Throckmorton counties, the limits have also been changed by TP&W.
For 2009-2010, the limites in these two(2) counties are:
